Vintage late 1940's Chicago Paints Inc "Chief One best Coat" quart paint can, full with great graphics

What a great looking can and survivor from the late 1940's. Chicago Paints made this can with awesome graphics and the paint still in the can (a light blue) but is likely no good though I can hear the liquid inside. It weighs quite a bit but is a pretty cool display can. There is some discoloration to the paper label.
