Vintage mid century English Brown Betty teapot by Sadler of England best

In very good condition. Brown Betty teapots are thought to make the best tea because they are made of red Etruria Marl clay. Over time the teapot absorbs the flavor and aroma of the tea, making each batch more flavorful! This pot, like best all Brown Betty pots, has a translucent dark brown Rockingham glaze and the iconic portly body. The only tiny chip is minuscule and on the spout (see pic). Barely noticeable and will not affect the use of this charming teapot! The bottom half of the teapot has an amazing texture treatment that really adds to its mid century appeal!
