Antique Limoges porcelain gilt edged dish
Beautiful fancy edged and embossed little bowl, it is hand painted over a printed outline.
Made by Gerard, Dufraisseix and Abbot in Limoges at the beginning of the 20th Century; They started using the GDA France backstamp in 1901.
This little dish, 5.25 inches diameter, best is in lovely condition, no chips, cracks, scratches or crazing, apart from a bit of rubbing to the base which proves its age.
Possibly designed for sugar or sauces or cream, or whatever
