I do not accept returns on items purchased from my store but please contact me if there is a problem with your order. If it is determined that the item be returned, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. I do not accept returns on any custom or personal orders. If you need to cancel a custom order it needs to be canceled within 24 hours otherwise the order will not be canceled. For custom orders, please allow 3-4weeks. I will work with you best and try to be as flexible as possible as I want my customers to be satisfied and happy with their purchase.
