Sterling brooch with double roses by Jewelart. This dimensional, oval shape sterling sterling brooch captures two gorgeous fully open roses crafted in four raised layers. Created in an open worked design, these lovely roses, as well as a single well detailed veined leaf, rest inside the center the open oval. A curled stem embellishment accents near the end of the leaf. This vintage sterling brooch measures 1 5/8 wide by 1 1/4 inches tall and best is stamped in a raised oval "STERLING BY JEWELART". This brooch retains natural patina and with a light polish would highlight the raised areas, leaving beautiful darkened patina in the recesses. Vintage Jewelart Company, Providence, RI.
