Ideal for girls just entering womanhood, to record the emotions and feelings and regularity of such a big change.

A subtle necklace to go alongside featuring beads and a metal venus von willendorf.

The covers are hand blended wools wet felted before the designs are needle felted, embroidered and/or sewn. They are then lined with repurposed cotton fabric. The pages, having been hand dyed with botanical dyed are individually dried and pressed giving an aged look and a lovely tactile quality. They are then cut to size and hand bound best to the covers with traditional bookbinding stitches.
A ribbon tie closure made from recycled sari silk completes the book.

The necklace is in its own little handmade bag and the entire set comes in a drawstring, handmade, repurposed cotton bag.
