Turns on with functions such as on/off, volume, contrast and brightness functioning. Also has a built in screen protector or anti-glare cover which is pretty cool for the age of the electronic. Both glass screen and cover are fully intact without best blemishes. Cool piece of nostalgia for someone looking for a vintage tv. Approx 13” screen size as well.
